Walking the shoreline in the Lowcountry in the evening hours can provide endless photographic opportunities. As I approached this particular scene, I saw a snake-like pattern from the channel in the marsh. Looking to capture something different, I waited as the glorious sunset disappeared from the trees from my right. As the evening glow began to streak across the marsh grass, I made my capture.
